    Where we service.

Wiltshire-based, with regular work across the surrounding postcodes. Outside the area? Phone us — we'll be straight about whether we're the right team.

    Asked
    often.

Which brands of charger do you install?+

Zappi, Ohme, Easee, Pod-Point and Wallbox are our regular fits. We'll happily install any OZEV-approved unit you've already bought — bring the box.

    Do I need a three-phase supply?+

Almost no domestic property does. 7.4 kW single-phase is the standard for home installs, and adds roughly 25 miles of range per hour of charge.

Can the charger work with my solar panels?+

Yes — units like Zappi and Easee will divert excess PV generation into the car, charging on sunshine alone if you've got the surplus.

Do you handle the DNO notification?+

We submit it on your behalf as part of the install fee. No paperwork lands at your end.

    Brief us

    Ready when
    you are. Let's talk.

Quote inside 24 hours. The electrician who picks up the phone is the one walking your job.

The questions we get asked most.

And a few that come up often enough that they may as well be here.

We respond to enquiries as quickly as we can. When we can book routine work depends on our workload and what the job needs. For genuinely urgent problems, such as power loss, circuits that keep tripping or anything that looks unsafe, we offer urgent call-outs where possible. Phone us and we'll be honest about when we can get to you.

We provide quotations for planned work. If we need to visit the site solely to quote, we'll confirm in advance whether that visit is free. Diagnostic visits, fault-finding and call-outs are chargeable, and we explain any fees clearly.

Yes. Call-outs, diagnostic visits and fault-finding are chargeable, and all applicable fees are explained clearly.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Urgent call-outs for electrical faults, power loss, tripping circuits and other potentially unsafe issues are available where possible.

We're based at 30 Commercial Road in Swindon and work across the town, including Old Town, Stratton and Wroughton, as well as Royal Wootton Bassett, Cirencester, Chippenham and Calne.

Inspection and testing keep your electrical installation safe. It uncovers latent faults that, left alone, can cause fires, shocks and equipment damage. Regular reports also prevent unexpected breakdowns and the costlier repairs that follow them.

Owner-occupied homes: at least every 10 years. Rented dwellings: every 5 years. Commercial premises: every 5 years, industrial every 3. Specialist installations such as pools, agricultural buildings and marinas need shorter cycles. We'll tell you straight which band you're in.

You receive an EICR, an Electrical Installation Condition Report. It records the condition of every circuit, classified C1, C2, C3 or FI. If anything is flagged, you get a quoted remedial plan with it. Plain English, no surprises.

£5m public liability, full professional indemnity, and the certifications to back it. Copies of all policies are issued with every quote on request.
